As a General Construction and Concrete Laborer on this platform, you serve as the essential backbone of the job site. This category is for versatile professionals who can pivot between general site support and concrete work. Whether you are prepping a site for a flat work, a foundation pour, or assisting a crew with the finishing touches.
- Concrete Work: Setting forms, tying rebar, pouring, spreading, and assisting with finishing or curing.
- Site Logistics: Loading/unloading heavy materials, digging trenches, general site knowledge and managing debris removal.
- Trade Support: Providing "extra hands" for carpenters, finishers, and other skilled trades.
- Physical Ability: Must be capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing strenuous outdoor labor in various weather conditions.
